Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges only for items with issues caused by Lounge byH, including:

 

- Wrong item sent

- Item does not match the website description

- Item was damaged before delivery

- Defective item reported within the return window

- Item was purchased through our official website

- Item remains unused, unwashed, untampered, and in its original packaging

 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

 

- Change of mind

- Incorrect size selection by the customer

- General dissatisfaction after use

- Sale or final sale items (if applicable)

 

Return Window

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

To qualify for a return, customers must notify us within this 14-day period by emailing info@loungebyh.com with their order details and reason for return.

 

Items must be:

 

- Unused and unwashed

- In original condition and packaging

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will no longer be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

If the issue is caused by Lounge byH:

 

We will cover the return shipping costs for:

 

- Wrong items shipped

- Defective items

- Damaged items

- Incorrect product received

 

For EU customers exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

 

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Non-returnable situations:

 

Return shipping will not be covered for returns requested due to:

 

- Change of mind

- Incorrect size choice

- Preference issues

- Used or damaged items caused by the customer

 

How to Request a Return

 

If your order qualifies for a return:

2. Include:

- Order number

- Item description

- Photos (if applicable)

- Reason for the request

3. Wait for return instructions from our team.

4. Once approved, send the item back following our instructions.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

 

- Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

- Send a replacement item, whichever is appropriate.

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Original shipping fees will also be refunded if the return is due to our error.

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

 

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
