Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose my size?
Use the product-specific fit guidance and garment measurements on each product page. Measurements are taken flat across the garment, not around the body.
What fabric are the four active pieces made from?
Ida, Dorthea, Lottie and Maude are made from 100% Modal.
How should I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Hang dry (or lay flat) to preserve softness and shape. Cool iron or steam if needed.
Where do orders ship from, and where do you deliver?
All orders ship from California. We ship worldwide wherever our carriers can serve the destination. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $175 USD or more. For orders in other currencies, the applicable converted threshold and delivery eligibility are confirmed at checkout after discounts.
Who pays international duties and import taxes?
International customers pay applicable duties and import taxes on delivery.
