Thank you for your interest in purchasing from us (Lounge byH). Please review and understand this Refund Policy to understand how we handle matters regarding the return, refund, and exchange of the products you purchase through our website at http://www.loungebyh.com.  

We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for bad purchases that are our fault. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges simply because you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase. 

You should review this Refund Policy along with other applicable agreements and policies found on our website, including our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By purchasing our apparel through the website, you confirmed your agreement with this Refund Policy. If otherwise, we recommend that you do not purchase from us. 

When do we accept returns?

We will accept returns of purchases only if there is a problem or fault with the item delivered and it is our fault, including if:

  • We sent the wrong apparel;
  • The apparel delivered does not match the description on our website;
  • The apparel we sent got damaged before delivery;
  • You notify us of a defect and willingness to return within 30 days after delivery; 
  • The apparel is purchased through our website; and
  • You did not tamper with the apparel, including its packaging. 

How to request a return

If you are qualified for a return, do the following:

  • Reach out to us within 30 days via email at admin@loungebyh.com
  • Include sufficient details of why you are requesting a return, including the apparel description and order number. 
  • Wait for further instructions from us within 10 days. 
  • We will handle the return shipping fees. 

Issuing a refund or exchange

If you’re qualified for a return and we receive the item after you have sent it, we will issue a refund of the purchase price and initial shipping fees or send a replacement – whichever is suitable. 

The refund (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days – unless a new one is mutually agreed upon between us. 

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only)

If you purchase from the EU, the EU Directive provides you with the right to withdraw from your purchase without reason within 14 days of delivery and get a refund of all the fees you paid to us. 


You can exercise your rights of withdrawal by informing us through an unequivocal statement, such as via email to admin@loungebyh.com, including the item and applicable information. Please endeavor to inform us of your right to withdraw within 14 days after the delivery. 


Once you communicate your interest to withdraw, you will be required to send the item to us (you are responsible for the return shipping fees). Upon receiving it and it is in its original condition, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the initial shipping fees. This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. 


You must return the item without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the item to us.
